Villa Tsa

When Maria bought this very central Kardamyli property, the two storey plus attic building was a mismatch of random renovations, extensions and additions that had defaced an old stone house beyond recognition.

The main focus of the proposal was to unify the overall aesthetic and restore its traditional feel and qualities. The interiors were stripped to the bone and redone while the exterior of the house was redesigned in essence, as windows were redrawn to meet original proportions, concrete balconies were revisited to reference more traditional constructions and the attic was reconsidered in view of becoming as discreet as possible.
