Sustainable Architecture Greece

At Etsi, we are committed to sustainable architecture practices that prioritize using environmentally responsible and resource-efficient building practices in Greece. We believe that good design should enhance the well-being of the people who use the space, while also reflecting the unique character of the region.

Our design philosophy focuses on minimizing the environmental impact of construction while maximizing the health and well-being of the building’s occupants. This includes the use of non-toxic and low-impact building materials, the incorporation of natural lighting and ventilation, and the use of renewable energy sources, such as solar panels and geothermal heating systems. We specialize in eco architecture, off-grid homes, and sustainable renovation and restoration.

We have extensive experience working on a wide range of sustainable architecture projects, and we are committed to providing our clients with sustainable, functional, and beautiful designs. Whether you are looking to build a new home, renovate an existing property, or simply improve the energy efficiency of your space, our team of experts can help. We believe that by designing sustainably, we can create spaces that not only meet the needs of the people who use them but also contribute to a healthier, more sustainable planet.

Inclusive Architecture

We are committed to inclusive architecture – designing buildings that are accessible to all, regardless of physical ability, age, gender, or cultural background. Inclusive architecture goes beyond simply meeting accessibility requirements. It means creating spaces that are welcoming and comfortable for everyone, regardless of their individual needs. We believe that good design should be inclusive by default, and that’s why we incorporate principles of universal design into our projects.

0km Architecture

0km architecture, also known as zero kilometer architecture, is a design philosophy that emphasizes the use of locally sourced materials and labour to minimize the environmental impact of construction while supporting the local economy. The idea is that by using materials and labour that are sourced within a short distance from the construction site (i.e. zero kilometers away), we can reduce the carbon footprint of the project and support the local community.

Eco Architecture

At Etsi, we are committed to the principles of eco-architecture. We believe that by using sustainable materials, renewable energy sources, and energy-efficient building practices, we can create designs that are both beautiful and environmentally responsible. This includes the use of non-toxic and low-impact building materials, the incorporation of natural lighting and ventilation, and the use of renewable energy sources, such as solar panels and geothermal heating systems.

Off Grid Homes

At Etsi, we specialize in designing off-grid homes that are sustainable, self-sufficient, and comfortable. Our designs incorporate a range of features that enable the home to operate off the grid, including renewable energy systems, water conservation measures, and energy-efficient building practices. In addition to being self-sufficient, off-grid homes are also designed to be in harmony with their surroundings.
